The Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources and World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF) have formalised their relationship with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Friday 18th February in Honiara.

Honiara, 28 May 2020: Work is progressing well at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources freshwater fish hatchery project at Aruligo, North West Guadalcanal despite the Covid 19 State of Emergency.

The Overseas Fishery Cooperation Foundation of Japan (OFCF) and the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, last week, signed documents containing records of the 10th Joint Meeting between the two parties paving the way for further financial and technical assistance to the Sea Cucumber Project in Solomon Islands.
